College & Career Fair Invitation Letter
Clinton College had low enrollment and was not well known, so it had a hard time attracting potential students or employers to its college and career fair.
Clinton College is a small school with a big vision: to provide a high-quality education to students regardless of their background.
A support service program at Clinton College needed to reach out to more schools and companies to attend its college & career fair. The school had low enrollment and was not well known, so it had a hard time attracting potential students or employers.
To help them get the word out about their fair, I created something that would draw people in without seeming like a desperate plea, while also elevating Clinton College's brand.
This included an appealing letter that highlighted:
the benefits of attending the fair
Clinton's strengths in academic and community development
a confirmation/thank you note.
On top of this, I also included a cancellation letter just in case there weren't enough registrations.
